This home, as evidenced in this SocketSite story, sold in the spring.  The sellers have apparently been relocated for their job and they are forced to sell.  Buyers will see this and take not.  Not so much about this house, the purchase price and the new listing price, but the situation with the sellers.  Everyone has that fear.  Nobody wants to be that seller.  Buyers are scared, things change so quickly nowadays and people are more mobile than ever.  Gone are the days of a guaranteed increase in value.
